If and when the school must be closed due to a winter storm or for another reason, the information will be posted on WIC’s homepage by 6:00 at www.westislandcollege.qc.ca

Please be advised that in the case of challenging weather/driving conditions, attendance will be taken during the 2nd period class. It is not necessary to phone the school to report a late arrival. Call to report students that will be absent for the day.
Dans le cas de conditions météorologiques/routières difficiles, les présences seront prises pendant la 2e période de la journée. Il n’est donc pas nécessaire d’appeler l’école pour confirmer une arrivée tardive. Appelez seulement dans le cas d’une absence.
